What we will do next:

• Verify property information with the Cemetery.
• Contact the sellers and appraise the property over the phone.
• Determine a price that is agreeable between seller and us (PLOT BROKERS) when sold.
• Send out an Offer letter and Power of Attorney for owners to sign and mail back.

Once paperwork is completed Plot Brokers will begin showing property for sale.
Once Sold:

• We will transfer the property with the CEMETERY.
• Collect ALL fees and Charges.
• Mail Check to Sellers of AGREED amount of property.
